Alice

Alice whose proper name is Alice Cooper, named for being the noisiest puppy in her litter, was presented to John for his 50th birthday.

She did well in the show ring in her youth and went on to have two lovely litters. Alice proved herself to be a absolutley devoted mother and was attentive to her puppies right up until they went off to their own homes.

She has developed her own fan club over the years as various friends have invited her to stay with them for holidays.

Alice is an excellent ratter and has been known to spend literally hours waiting by a rat hole. Given how good she is at keeping down vermin she gave everyone a shock when, during some renovations, a little field mouse dropped into her basket and she proceeded to nurse it! She really is a wonderful dog and over the years has been a great ambassador for her breed, though our friends do not regard her as a Glen of Imaal but simply Alice.
