John has been involved with Irish Wolfhounds for thirty years. He has not only held various positions in the club but also judges the breed.
Our Irish Wolfhounds complement our Hovawarts well as their laid back temperament has a calming influence on busy Hovawarts.

We only occasionally breed Irish Wolfhounds, but at least twice their strong maternal instinct has helped raise a Hovawart litter when their mother was ill.
